Carl was born on October 9, 1928 and passed away Monday, November 19, 2018. Carl was a resident of Arizona at the time of passing. Carl Served in the Army over in Korea from 1950 -1952 as a combat radio repairman.

Born Carl Henry Speer October 9, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois.

Carl was an electrical Engineer for Western Electric in Cicero, IL for 42 years, after retiring he became a teacher for the College of DuPage. His hobbies he enjoyed repairing radios, televisions, cars and traveling. Carl Served in the Army over in Korea from 1950 -1952 as a combat radio repairman. His love for travel has taken Carl and his family all over the world including 49 states, 3 continents, and 18 countries.

Carl’s family moved to Scottsdale Arizona in 1991. He became active in another Model A club where he drove his 1929 Model A in Parades and even drove his car to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Proceeded in death his wife Marjorie of 56 years, his grandson Trevor, sister Gladys Lisson, brother Frank Speer and his little dog Bear.

Survived is his daughter Cheryl and husband Wayne Hicks, grandson Landon Satterthwaite along with his nieces Linda Morill, JayDee Willard and Nephew Daniel Lisson.
